The final cleaning fee is waived for Saturday arrivals and departures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For stays of up to 4 nights, the daily rates are subject to a 10% surcharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free parking is available directly at the property. Alternatively, garage parking costs \u20ac3 per day or \u20ac20 per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One well-behaved, small to medium-sized dog is welcome by prior arrangement, at a charge of \u20ac12 per day. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other pets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of unforeseen circumstances<\/strong>, we reserve the right to adjust our prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A local tourist tax of \u20ac2.80 per person per night is charged in addition to the prices listed above. Children under 14 are exempt from this tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Included Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Heating, electricity, water, bed linen changes and a mid-stay clean for longer visits. Fresh towels are provided twice a week, with additional changes available for a small extra charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free admission to the heated outdoor adventure pool in St Leonhard, just a five-minute walk away, from approximately mid-May to early September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our guests receive the S\u00fcdtirol Guest Pass \u2013 Passeiertal Premium<\/strong> free of charge.
The pass is valid for seven days and offers the following benefits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free use of local public transport throughout South Tyrol, including city buses, regional buses and local shuttle services.
All hiking buses and ski buses in the Passeiertal Valley.
Regional trains in South Tyrol (Brenner\u2013Trento and Mals\u2013Innichen routes), excluding long-distance trains and services operated by \u00d6BB and DB.
The Swiss PostBus service between Mals and M\u00fcstair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
